Is Alcohol Included in the Pricing?
No, due to Colorado law, we aren’t able to provide the alcohol. However, The Horseshoe Mobile Bar provides everything else needed for a full bartending service. Here is what we include.
Where Are You Based? Do You travel?
We are based out of Denver, Colorado, typically serving within a 75-mile radius. We’re happy to travel further for an additional fee—just reach out to discuss!
What Beverages Can We Have?
We work closely with you to customize the drink menu for your event. You’re welcome to suggest your favorite cocktails, or we can make recommendations based on the season, theme, and style of your event.
What If My Venue Already Has a Bar?
If your venue allows outside bartending services, we’re happy to step in! For venues with an onsite bar, check out our "Bar Staff Only" option. If no bar is provided, our foldable Saddle Bar is the perfect fit.
What Types of Events Do You Work?
We cater to all kinds of private events—from weddings, rehearsal dinners, and corporate gatherings to backyard shin-digs and holiday celebrations.
What Sizes Are the Bars?
The Horseshoe Bar (Trailer): 13’ long, 9’ wide, 8.5’ tall. Please keep in mind we will need ample turning room to get the trailer into place and unhitched from the truck.
The Saddle Bar (Foldable Bar): 6’ wide, 25” deep, and 44” tall.
Do You Have Insurance?
Yes, we carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance, available upon request.
What Is Your Payment & Cancellation Policy?
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable unless we rebook your date. If weather issues arise, rescheduling may be possible with 24 hours' notice, depending on availability..
